Gender Studies
This course examines how gender makes a difference in treatment services. Workshops examine such issues as environment, relationships, trauma, special needs for boys and girls and strategies for providing treatment. Gender-responsive studies provide information for students to effectively work with boys, girls, women and men.
Schedule: Saturdays from 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.
Length: 7 Weeks
Continuing Education: 7 hours per class or 45 hours for module completion
Individual Class Fee: $63 per class
Module Fee: $360
Includes: Registration, course materials, 45 hours of Continuing Education and Completion Certificate of Expertise in Gender Studies
