Psychiatrist -Consultant (P/T, up to 32 hrs) Multiple Locations

The Psychiatrist position is responsible for conducting psychiatric assessments and prescribing psychotropic medications within a treatment team. This position is accountable to the Program Manager regarding all performance matters. Education/Experience Requirements: A medical degree from an accredited medical school; American Board of Psychiatry and Neurology Board certification/ Board eligibility in Psychiatry; Active, unrestricted medical licensure in the State of California, and preferably at least two years experience working with chronically mentally ill adults with co-occurring substance abuse disorders.
